Lantern Financial, LLC is a comprehensive, fee-only financial planning firm. We are dedicated to helping individuals and families in their prime saving years to reach their goals and dreams and to achieve success in their financial lives. We help our clients in such areas as debt and cash flow management, investment, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning. Additionally, we specialize in helping engaged couples navigate their pre-marital as well as marital financial situations.
Company Founder
Lisa J.B. Peterson is the founder and president of Lantern Financial, LLC. Lisa is passionate about helping her clients to live more intentional and satisfying financial lives. She was previously employed by Mintz Levin Financial Advisors, LLC where she prepared financial plans for high net worth individuals and families.
Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Mathematics from Simmons College in Boston. Additionally, she completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at Boston University. Lisa passed the Certified Financial Planner comprehensive exam and is currently a candidate for CFP Board's certification. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
